5. Payment and refunds
• The full amount is settled before analysis begins via bank transfer or other accepted methods.
• New Insight Guarantee: applies to the Basic package only — the client may request a full refund within 48 hours of delivery, provided the prior-knowledge form was completed and all files are returned with a deletion acknowledgment. The guarantee is available once per client.
• Professional and Enterprise packages: no refund after analysis begins, since the work starts immediately upon contracting and requires dedicated resources.
• If the order is canceled before analysis begins, the full amount is refunded within 7 business days.
6. Limitation of liability
Under all circumstances, Strategic Intelligence Axis's liability toward the client shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the contracted service. We bear no responsibility for indirect damages, lost profits, or missed opportunities.
