1. Nature of the service

Strategic Intelligence Axis (SIA Hub) provides guest-review data analysis services for the hospitality sector. The service is consulting and analytical in nature and is not a guarantee of specific operational or financial outcomes.

Contracting party: Mohammed Sufyan Mohammed Binsadiq, an independent practitioner under the Freelance Work Licence issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, authentication code FL-408548863, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All written notices referred to in these terms are sent to owner-mbs@sia-hub.com and are deemed received upon acknowledgement.

The guides, glossary, and articles published on this site are operational guidance only, and are not legal, regulatory, or accounting advice.

2. No revenue guarantee

All figures and financial estimates shown on this site (including the financial-impact calculator and case studies) are estimates based on general industry studies and benchmarks and do not constitute a guarantee or promise of actual financial results. Real results depend on multiple factors outside the scope of the service.

3. Execution responsibility

Improving hotel performance depends entirely on:

The service provides analysis and recommendations — execution and results are the full responsibility of hotel management.

4. Data accuracy

Analyses are based on reviews publicly published on booking and review platforms at the time the report is prepared. No responsibility is borne for data that changes or is later removed from those platforms.

5. Payment, guarantees and refunds

Prices and tax status: the package prices published on this site are the value of the consulting service. The service provider's tax status — and any value-added tax due under the applicable regulations, if any — is stated in writing in the quote issued before contracting, and on the official invoice issued for each instalment. The client is never charged an amount that was not stated in the quote they accepted.

Payment terms vary by package: Basic and Professional are paid in full before analysis begins. Enterprise (50,000 SAR) is paid in three instalments:

Basic Package Guarantee (12,000 SAR): The client may request a full refund within 72 hours of file delivery, subject to: (1) the client having returned the Prior Knowledge Form that the service provider sends by email upon order confirmation, (2) returning all files delivered under the package with a formal digital deletion acknowledgment from all devices, (3) the guarantee is available once per client or property.

Professional Package Guarantee (25,000 SAR) — Re-Work: The client may request analysis revision within 7 days of delivery with specific, measurable written feedback. Up to two revisions are performed for free based on client feedback. If the client remains unsatisfied after both revisions, they are entitled to a 50% refund (12,500 SAR) with file return and deletion acknowledgment.

Enterprise Package Guarantee (50,000 SAR) — Milestone Payments: The client may stop after paying the first and second instalments (30,000 SAR combined) and without paying the final instalment (20,000 SAR) if not satisfied with the first review. At final delivery: if any declared deliverable is missing (a conservative impact model with declared assumptions, derived from the Cornell coefficient at ~70%; a strategic plan with 6+ recommendations, each with an owner and a timeline; an offline-capable interactive dashboard), the client may request re-delivery within 7 days or receive a 25% discount on the final installment.

On-Time Delivery Commitment — All Packages: The declared timelines are 3 to 14 business days depending on the package: Basic 3–5 days, Professional 7–10 days, Enterprise 10–14 days; the exact date is confirmed in writing upon order confirmation. The service provider commits to the timeline declared at contract signing. Should anything arise that may delay delivery, the client is notified in writing of the reason and the revised date before the original deadline lapses. The client may then either accept the revised date or cancel the order and be refunded for work not delivered.

• If the order is canceled before analysis begins, the full paid amount is refunded within 7 business days.

Definition of "analysis begins": the moment the service provider confirms in writing that it has received the signed Prior Knowledge Form and starts collecting data from review platforms.

What is the Prior Knowledge Form? A contractual document the service provider sends to the client by email upon order confirmation, which the client returns signed before analysis begins. It covers: (1) the client's acknowledgement that the service is analytical and advisory and guarantees no financial or operational outcome, (2) identification of the property, the platforms covered, and the scope of analysis, (3) the general operating indicators the property provides for the financial modelling (such as average nightly rate and occupancy), (4) the date from which the declared delivery timeline is counted.

Remedies do not stack: the package guarantees above are alternatives, not cumulative; the client may claim whichever is greater, not more than one.

Payment and invoicing: amounts are paid by bank transfer, and an official invoice is issued for each instalment stating the tax status under the applicable regulations.

6. Limitation of liability

Under all circumstances, Strategic Intelligence Axis's liability toward the client shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the contracted service. No responsibility is borne for indirect damages, lost profits, or missed opportunities.

7. Confidentiality

Client data is kept confidential and reports are not shared with third parties without prior written consent.

The delivered report belongs to the client, who may use it internally without time limit. The only restriction on the client is not to republish or make available to a third party the methodology, templates, or analytical framework of Strategic Intelligence Axis — as set out in section 8.

For what happens to client data after the engagement ends (retention period, secure deletion, and client rights), see the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The client receives a perpetual internal-use licence to the delivered report and its outputs (PDF file, interactive dashboard, data files) across its own properties and hotel group, with no time limit and no additional fee.

The methodology, templates, and analytical framework used to produce the report remain the intellectual property of Strategic Intelligence Axis. Reselling, publishing, or commercially sharing the report is prohibited.

9. Amendment of terms

Strategic Intelligence Axis reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version published on the site is the prevailing version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Jeddah shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is considered in breach of its obligations where performance is prevented by an event beyond its reasonable control — such as natural disasters, widespread telecommunications or internet outages, government decisions or instructions, or the unavailability of the platforms the data is collected from.

The affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably possible, and the agreed timelines are extended by a period equal to the duration of the event. A delay caused by such an event is not a breach of the on-time-delivery commitment in section 5, and does not trigger the cancellation and refund right set out there.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for material breach by the other party, following 14 days' written notice during which the breach has not been remedied.

On termination, work completed up to the termination date is payable, and the deliverables completed up to that date are handed over to the client. The confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property sections survive termination.
