Common questions

How much can I earn per referral?
10% commission on the net collected value of each closed deal. That's 1,200 SAR for Basic, 2,500 SAR for Professional, and 5,000 SAR for Enterprise. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can submit.
When do I get paid, and how?
Within 7 business days after we verify the client's full payment has been received. Payout is by bank transfer to a Saudi bank account in your own name (must match your national ID or iqama exactly). We do not pay to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A qualifying referral is a hotel that (1) was not previously known to SIA Hub or in active negotiation, (2) signs a contract within the 30-day priority window after your referral, and (3) completes payment in full. Hotels already in our pipeline or current/former clients do not qualify.
Are renewals or add-ons commissionable?
No. Commission applies only to the original package the client signs after your referral. Renewals, contract extensions, and additional add-on services purchased later are not included unless agreed in writing in advance.
What if the client cancels or gets a refund?
Commission is owed only on amounts that are finally collected and non-refundable. If any amount is refunded to the client (in full or in part), the corresponding commission is reduced or recovered.
Is this an employment contract?
No. This is strictly a commission-based marketing arrangement, not an employment, partnership, or agency agreement. Affiliates are independent and responsible for their own tax filings where applicable.
Can I refer hotels outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes — SIA Hub serves hotels across the GCC (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) in addition to Saudi Arabia. The same commission structure applies.
Where is the registration form in English?
The registration form is currently in Arabic only. To apply in English, email owner-mbs@sia-hub.com and we'll handle your onboarding directly.
